§00 Workforce recruitment · Cyprus

Staff you can't find here. Cleared to work here.

We recruit qualified workers from outside the EU and carry them through vetting, permits, and arrival — until they are on your site, legally, and ready to work.

A chart of Cyprus with three approach routes plotted from third countries, all converging on a single destination fix on the island.

§01 The gap we close

Roles stay open because the labour is not here.

Cypriot employers in construction, care, and the skilled trades are short of people, and the local pool cannot fill the gap. Hiring from outside the EU is permitted — but it means quotas, clearances, documentation, and timelines that most companies are not staffed to manage.

We work on the employer's side of the table: we find candidates who actually match the role, and we carry the administrative process so your team does not have to.

§02 What we handle

Recruitment, relocation, and the paperwork in between.

Four services, delivered as one continuous process.

Sourcing & matching

We build a profile of the role — skill, experience, language, physical demands — and recruit against it in the origin country. You review a shortlist before anything is committed.

Vetting & verification

Trade qualifications, work history, medical fitness, and documents are checked before a candidate reaches you. No surprises at the airport.

Permits & visas

Employer registration, labour-market clearance, entry visa, and the residence and work permit — prepared, filed, and tracked on your behalf.

Arrival & settling in

Travel, registration on arrival, accommodation guidance, and first-weeks support, so the worker is productive rather than lost in queues.

§03 Who we place

Four sectors, and nothing outside them.

We stay inside the fields we know. Depth over breadth — it is what keeps the match rate high.

§04 How a placement runs

You act twice. We carry the rest.

Five stages from your request to a worker on site. Here is exactly where the work sits.

  1. 01
    Your input

    Requirement intake

We map the roles, headcount, skill level, start date, and site conditions into a written brief.

  2. 02
    We handle

    Sourcing and shortlist

We recruit in the origin country, vet candidates against the brief, and present a shortlist with documents attached.

  3. 03
    Your input

    Your selection

You interview and approve. Nothing proceeds without your sign-off.

  4. 04
    We handle

    Permits and visas

Employer registration, labour-market clearance, entry visa, and the work and residence permit. We file and track; you sign where the law requires an employer signature.

  5. 05
    We handle

    Arrival and start

Travel, arrival registration, accommodation guidance, and hand-over to your site management.

Two decisions from you.

Three stages carried by us.

Plus your signature where the law requires it.

§05 Why employers stay

Compliance is not an add-on. It is the product.

Getting a worker into Cyprus is not the hard part. Getting them in legally, with permits that survive an inspection and a placement that lasts, is the part that takes expertise.

  • Fully licensed and compliant We operate inside Cypriot labour and immigration law — no shortcuts that become your liability.
  • One accountable contact A single point of contact from the first call to the worker's first shift.
  • Transparent costs A written breakdown before you commit. No fees that appear later in the process.
  • Vetted before presented Skills, references, documents, and medical fitness verified at source.
  • Placement follow-up We stay in contact after arrival, because a placement that fails costs us both.
  • Ethical recruitment Workers are informed, fairly treated, and never charged illegal fees.

§06 Start a request

Tell us which roles you need to fill.

Send the roles and the headcount. You get back what is realistic, what it costs, and how long it takes — before you commit to anything.
