§00 About us

We are the part of hiring nobody wants to own.

Placeholder introduction. Two or three sentences on who founded the company, what they were doing before, and the problem they kept watching Cypriot employers run into. Replace with the real story — it is the most-read paragraph on any about page.

§01 Where we came from

Built by people who had to solve this for themselves first.

Placeholder text. Explain the origin here: what the founders did before NL Bridge, the moment they realised the bottleneck was administrative rather than a shortage of willing workers, and what made them think they could do it better than the alternatives.

A second placeholder paragraph. Good material for this slot: how many placements you have run, which origin countries you work in, which authorities you deal with regularly, and what you have learned that a newcomer to the process would not know.

A third, optional. This is where a sentence about values earns its place — but only if it is specific. Cut it if it reads like something any company could have written.

§02 How we work

Four rules we do not bend.

Placeholder framing sentence. These should be commitments a client could hold you to, not adjectives.

We say no when it will not work

Placeholder. Describe the situations you turn down and why — an unrealistic start date, a role that will not clear the labour-market test, terms that would not survive inspection. Saying what you refuse is more convincing than saying what you promise.

One file, one owner

Placeholder. Explain how a case is staffed on your side: who the client speaks to, who picks up when that person is away, and what the client is told without having to ask.

The worker is a party, not a product

Placeholder. Set out the ethical recruitment position — no illegal fees charged to candidates, terms explained in a language they read, and what happens if a placement breaks down.

Costs on paper before anything starts

Placeholder. Describe what the written breakdown contains, when the client receives it, and what would ever cause a number on it to change.

§03 The people

Small team. Each file has a name on it.

Placeholder. Say how many people are on the team, where they sit, and which languages they work in. Replace the initials below with real names and photographs.

Name Surname

Founder

Placeholder bio. One or two lines: background, what they own here, years in the field.

Name Surname

Permits & compliance

Placeholder bio. Who files with the authorities and tracks every case through them.

Name Surname

Sourcing lead

Placeholder bio. Runs recruitment and vetting in the origin countries.

Name Surname

Client liaison

Placeholder bio. The single contact employers deal with from first call to first shift.

§04 The company

Registered, licensed, and checkable.

Placeholder. Every figure below is a dummy value. Fill them in from the company records — an employer who is about to hand you a compliance problem will check them.

§05 Start a request

Tell us which roles you need to fill.

Send the positions and the headcount. You get back what is realistic, what it costs, and how long it takes — before you commit to anything.
